Private and Duet Pilates Lessons

All Pilates Private lessons are tailored specific to the client’s needs. Private lessons are rooted in the concept and exercises of Contrology (Pilates) created by Joseph Pilates himself. In addition, sessions may incorporate other somatic modalities, as needed, to help to client’s find better mobility and stability in their bodies.
Private Sessions are 50 minutes long.
